The People of Change Program meets every Tuesday at 6 PM (Starting 10/22/24), offering a holistic approach to support individuals on their path to success. We focus on the whole person, providing personalized referrals, access to vital resources, reentry assistance, and help with securing employment. In addition to practical support, we offer counseling, mentorship, and access to clothing and essential items, ensuring that every aspect of our participants’ well-being is addressed.
